Financial Analyst Is Needed In Banesco USA

Primary Job Duties:

• Responsible for investigating a variety of internal financial and operational issues and staying abreast of industry conditions and competitor activities
• Responsible for developing business cases for bank projects.
• Responsible for follow-up and measurement of the Value Proposition for business cases.
• Assist with preparation of annual budget.
• Assist with the preparation of the YE audited Financial Statements.
• Assist in analyzing monthly financial results.
• Create financial models using electronic spreadsheets.
• Create PowerPoint presentations to be presented at the Board of Director’s meetings.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses.
• Analyze, report, and maintain branch, product, customer, and officer profitability using software.
• Compare anticipated and actual results and identify areas of improvement.
• Review capital budgeting proposals and make acceptance recommendations to management.
• Responsible for processing account activity, determining balances, and resolving problems within given authority.
• Responsible for completing annual training program assigned.
• Performs other functions and/or duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience. Preferred experience in banking industry.
• Advance computer skills including but not limited to proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
• Must be bilingual in both English and Spanish. Ability to fluently speak, understand, read and write both languages.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in analyzing accounting data and financial statements.
